Baking

Materials in process may require baking for two purposes; Stress Relief of parts which may have internal stress due to machining or other processes; and, Hydrogen Embrittlement Relief of high strength steels which have been exposed to hydrogen during plating.

Advanced Coating Techniques maintains the capacity for baking at up to 500°f. in ovens calibrated in accordance with AMS 2750D.
